First Login

1. Access the System

Open a browser and visit the OS address provided by the administrator.

2. Login

Enter your username and password. Complete two-factor authentication (if enabled).

3. Complete Personal Information

• Change the default password
• Set avatar and contact information
• Configure notification preferences

4. Set Work Preferences

• Default project view
• Data display format
• Report template preferences
